Mary Leader
A fifth-generation landowner in Summit and Wasatch counties, Mary brings her extensive local and familial knowledge of the region to her work assisting clients with their real estate needs. She specializes in the Deer Valley and Park City vacation home markets, in addition to helping individuals and families who are settling in the greater Park City area. From new construction and first-time purchases, to preparing properties for sale, Mary is known for her personal attention to detail, always going the extra mile and providing guidance through each phase of the real estate process.
Prior to her real estate career, Mary spent many years on the West Coast dividing her time between Northern and Southern California. She developed strong negotiation skills from her work at the Department of Interior in San Francisco assisting with the management of one of the newest national parks, reaching amicable and favorable outcomes between the residents within the park and its surrounding communities. Returning to her roots in Utah, she obtained her real estate license and experienced success almost overnight. Mary became a top producer at a local boutique agency, and then at Prudential Utah Real Estate, before joining Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in 2013. She attributes her success to the long-term relationships she has nurtured with multi-generations of homeowners, neighbors, and local residents. This broad sphere of constituents allows her to frequently bring buyers and sellers together.

Known locally for her hospitality and epicurean skills, Mary takes pride in introducing a property to the local real estate community, consistently exceeding her sellers’ expectations. She experiences tremendous satisfaction in assisting families to find their perfect vacation home where they can share memorable moments and start new traditions. She holds several real estate designations, inclulding Accredited Buyer Representative, Resort and Second-Home Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, as well as an e-PRO Certification. Mary is also a connected and respected member of the Wasatch Front and Park City multiple listing services, and Luxury Real Estate, a real estate organization representing the luxury market worldwide.
Balancing a career with her commitment to serving the local non-profit community, Mary feels most fortunate to reside among the picturesque mountains surrounding Park City with her husband, Lindon, a well-regarded graphic designer. She also enjoys the time she’s able to spend with her two daughters, son-in-law, and grandchildren.
